WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY VILLA

You have chosen your villa and whilst the description will give you an overview of what's included, there's some general information that we want to highlight which we have included below. Pools - Hot Tubs

All villas with pools have pool sizes/depths and access types in the description. Pool towels are provided. Swimming pools & Hot tubs are normally checked and cleaned 2-3 times a week. This is usually done before you arrive and 1-2 times during the week. Where possible our Villa Rep will advise of an approximate schedule.

Water and Electric

Your villa electricity supply is not always as constant as in the UK. You may find that the electricity will ‘trip off’ if too many appliances are used at once. If this happens, simply turn off some appliances and check that all the switches are in the up position in the main fuse box. Unfortunately, it is the case that some resorts can suffer from water or electricity shortages and supplies can be cut off with no notice for varying periods of time. We ask for your patience and cooperation in such instances, as you will appreciate these situations are out of our control.

Welcome Packs

We provide a complimentary welcome hamper/starter pack with some basic necessities ( water, tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread, eggs, wine, crisps, some washing up liquid/hand soap, toilet rolls, a couple of washing machine/dishwasher pods and tablets etc). Should you wish to pre order shopping is available online at www.abconline.gr by choosing your villa in the drop down list.

Amenities

Air conditioning: All villas are fitted with air conditioning units which for maximum efficiency should be set between 21-24 degrees. Please do not operate these at a temperature lower than this as it can cause the units to breakdown in extreme hot climates. Safety Deposit Boxes are available in our villas for safe-keeping of money and documents. Instructions for these vary ( electronic/key) and can be found in the villa. Hairdryers: All villas are equipped with a hairdryer, however the hairdryer may not be as powerful as those available in your home country so you may wish to take your own.

Utilities

Additional features such as washing machines and dishwashers are shown in the villa description where provided, Instructions are placed in the villa information book or on a laminate sheet. . Iron and ironing Boards: All villas are equipped with an iron and ironing board.

Entertainment

Wifi is available in our villas. Since Wifi is a method of sharing broadband internet via a radio signal, this can have limitations, particularly in populated residential areas where signals may overlap resulting in interference. Broadband speeds vary depending on demand and villa Wifi is provided for general web surfing and emailing rather than streaming. Restrictions may be introduced by the service provider. TV's/Speaker systems: In the description area of your chosen villa you can find the type of TV and entertainment systems supported.

Maid service

Maid service varies at individual properties from preparation only with linen and towels to a service five days per week with daily towel change and weekly linen change. Standard Maid service provided with all villas will include pre-rental clean and preparation of the villa and an end clean. If you are staying for 2 weeks you will have a linen and towel change approximately half way through your holiday.

Children

A complimentary cot & highchair is provided, but you must request this at the time of booking. Additional cots and highchairs are available for an additional charge. Cots are provided locally and may differ to those you use at home. Cot linen is not supplied for health and hygiene reasons.
