Payment

  • Please take care when selecting the card type for payment.  
  • If you are paying by Visa Credit Card, please select Visa.  If you are paying by Visa Debit Card then please select Visa Debit.
  • We cannot be held resonsible for any charges incurred by selecting the wrong card type.  If you are unsure then please call us on 08456 527 127 to pay over the phone.
  • There is no fee for a debit card and 2.2% fee for a credit card
  • American Express cards can only be used when paying over the phone and a higher rate of 3.8% fee is charged for your card.  

 

What else can I do in the My Booking Area?

My Booking allows you to:

  • Review your booking details
  • Pay your balance
  • View your itinerary
  • Send your booking confirmation to your email
  • Contact our Customer Service department
  • Ask additional questions

Your bookings are available online 24/7 for your convenience.  If you booked your holiday via email or the telephone, then you may not be able to see your booking online immediately, so please just email the team or give us a call.
