Villa Althea is a 2 bedroom villa sleeping up to 5 people with private pool and hydrospa and spectacular seaviews.  This stonebuilt villa is  situated in the resort of Pefkos just 20 metres from the sea and 150 metres from Plakia Beach.       There are two twin/double bedrooms (hotelier style beds which can be converted to a king on request.   In addition, there is a small single bedroom which can be utilised to provide sleeping accommodation for a 5th guest.  All bedrooms have air conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.  The villa has a bathroom which has the benefit of a double shower room for your added comfort and convenience. The villa has a private swimming pool,(heated in low season) with lovely mosaic tiles and the great addition of a spa with hydro massage jets.

The living room interiors are decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a LCD HD TV set with satellite, DVD player, music system and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price).

The fully equipped kitchen has all electric appliances including oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. You will also find an iron and ironing board.

With an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and spacious patios for al fresco dining,  The private pool with sunbeds, garden furniture, BBQ and seaviews make Villa Althea  a fabulous villa ideal for families or small groups.
