A real treat, Blue Dream Plakia Villas are a new small development of detached stonebuilt villas located in between Pefkos and Lardos with absolutely breaktaking sea views. Perfectly placed for a peaceful swim in the fabulous sea, or a pre-breakfast dip in your own private pool. The villas are situated in Pefkos, near Lindos and only 20 metres from the sea and 150m from the beach.
The living room interiors are decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a LCD HD TV set with satellite, DVD player, music system and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price).
The fully equipped kitchens have all electric appliances including oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. You will also find an iron and ironing board.
With an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and spacious patios for al fresco treats, Blue Dream Plakia Villas are the ideal holiday properties for families, groups of friends and wedding parties.
Externally all villas have a private pool, with sea views that makes it a unique experience for your summer holiday all equipped with sunbeds, garden furniture and BBQ. Lighting and surroundings are giving an extra romantic atmosphere.

The exclusive 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 4) has two double bedrooms with twin hotelier style beds that can be pushed together making a king size double when asked. The villa has one bathroom with shower room and one WC decorated with marble. The villa has its own private swimming pool.
Villa Elli
The exclusive 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 4-5) has two double bedrooms with family bathroom with bath and overhead shower and separate WC. On the lower ground floor (3 steps lower than the kitchen) there is a playroom or this can be used to provide sleeping accommodation for a 5th guest. The villa has its own private swimming pool with mosaic tiles and a spa with hydro massage jets.
Villa Althea
The exclusive 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 5) has two double bedrooms with twin hotelier style beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed when asked. In addition, there is a playroom/bedroom which can be utilised to provide sleeping accommodation for a 5th guest. The villa has a spacious bathroom which has the benefit of deluxe double shower rooms for your added comfort and convenience. The villa has a private heated swimming pool, with lovely mosaic tiles and the great addition of a spa with hydro massage jets.
Villa Luciana
The exclusive 3 bedroom villa privée has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are two double bedrooms and the third room has twin hotelier style beds that can be pushed together making a king size double, when asked. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. The villa has one bathroom with shower room, one more toilet ensuite to the master bedroom and one WC, all decorated with marble. The villa has its own private swimming pool.
Villa Eleana
This stunning exclusive 3 bedroom luxury villa has three beautifully furnished bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The Master Bedroom boasting a modern ensuite bathroom. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom with a Jacuzzi Bath. This villa has a private heated pool and spa with hydro massage jets.
Villa Armonia
This stunning exclusive 4 bedroom luxury villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. Three of the four beautifully furnished bedrooms are on the first floor, the Master Bedroom has a double bed boasting a modern ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are twins. The fourth double bedroom is on the ground floor and also has an ensuite. There is a further bathroom with a Jacuzzi Bath. This villa has a private heated pool and spa with hydro massage jets.
Villa Passithea
The exclusive 3 bedroom villa privée plus studio can accommodate up to 10 guests. The main villa has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2 with twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom and one with Jacuzzi bathtub and one WC. There is a semi-detached studio with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette if guests require more bedrooms. The studio can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children on a double sofa bed (note this cannot be rented separately). This villa has a private heated pool and spa with hydro massage jets.
