Villa Francesca

Villa Francesca is a luxury 3 bedroomed and 3 bathroomed villa situated with private pool and panoramic sea views.  The villa is situated in the tranquil village of Kalathos just outside of Lindos. 
Villa Francesca has been renovated and expanded over the last few years and the interior has been luxuriously designed for comfort, style with privacy in mind.   The contemporary and modern styling is designed for absolute comfort providing spectacular views across the Aegean Sea and the magical rise of the sun.  The villa also features original artwork by the owners daughter.
On the ground floor there is an open plan contemporary living area, dining room and modern fully fitted kitchen with integrated Siemens dishwasher, Bosch washing machine, ceramic hob and under counter fan assisted oven. Other appliances include full height stainless steel Bosch fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.  The worktop is made of feature easy clean granite with integrated sink.
Exernally there is a large private swimming pool and extensive gardens with seating areas under the pergola next to the pool, on the terrace overlooking the gardens or on the first floor terrace area with panoramic views.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and leads out to a large terrace which overlooks the sea and mountains.  There is a king size bed and ample wardrobe space.  The room has an ensuite walk in shower room.
A twin bedroom is also located on the first floor with private balcony overlooking the sea and mountains.  This room has an ensuite with bath and overhead shower.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool.  Situated next door to the bedroom is a bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower.
The view has amazing landscapes, turquoise waters, stunning views in luxurious surroundings.

Unfortunately the villa does not accept bookings from under 21's or wedding parties.
