IN RESORT SERVICE

 

We are proud to offer a personalised resort rep service for our clients travelling with us.  In Lindos Village we have a dedicated Rep and our Resort Manager looks after our clients in the villas and hotels across the island. 

In most cases, your Lindos Village Rep will meet you on arrival to take you to your accommodation.  We ask that you call/whatsapp them as you leave the airport/port so they know what time to meet you in resort and they will confirm the exact meeting point.

For those staying in villas with pools in the Lindos area, we will make arrangements to visit you shortly after your arrival to answer any questions or queries and help you get the most from your holiday.  You will have received your Villa Access instructions approx 7 days prior to your arrival as villas are self check-in with a key box for your convenience 

Special Events and Excursions

Our EL Team are a mine of information whether it's about your apartment, villa, hotel or the island.  They are able to organise excursions, boat trips, car hire and recommend places to go to get the most out of your holiday.  Please contact us prior to your arrival if you wish to organise your excursion or a special event in advance.  Please note that excursion programmes are not normally available until the season is under way but we do have contacts for private tours which is a great way to explore the island. 

Holiday Help Line

Wherever you are on the island, your first point of contact would be via our Holiday Help Line on info@exclusivelylindos.com where any of the team can help you with any queries or issues that arise.   Where necessary they will direct your query to the relevant person which may be the owner or maintenance for example.  For very urgent enquiries outside of office hours, then you can call/whatsapp your representative. For extreme emergencies, please use the Emergency Number detailed below.

Villa Access Information

If you have booked a Villa all Information will be uploaded in the My Booking Area 7 days prior to arrival, here you will find Villa Information with details on how to access the Villa.

Village Arrivals

A Resort Representative will be your meet and greet in Lindos Village. Please remember to call/sms/WhatsApp when you leave the airport so we know what time to meet you. If you are already on the Island please let us know your estimated time of arrival in resort.

 

Check In Times

Check In times for hotels, studios and apartments is generally 1500hrs and for houses and Villas 1600hrs.  

Check Out Times

Check out time is 1000hrs for houses and villas and 1100hrs for hotels, studios and apartments. 

Late Check Outs

The best to guarantee a late check out is to book an extra night in your accommodation where available.  This means you can stay in the room right up to the point of departure to make your last day comfortable and stress free. 

Alternatively, if you prefer to wait until you are in resort, we can advise generally 24 hours before departure whether it's possible to keep your room for a local supplement.  Please bear in mind that in most cases the villa/apartment needs to be prepared for the next arrival so is not often possible.

If you are staying in a Hotel then there is likely to be a luggage room or area that you can use on the premises with changing facilities (please check once in resort)

If you are staying in Lindos Village you can leave your luggage at our office located next door to Kalypso Restaurant in Lindos Village (Mon - Sat 1000-1700hrs & Sunday subject to availability) 

Lindos View offer guests day facilities and you can use the changing rooms/swimming pool/snack bar and you wil be provided with a locker and towels. There is a charge pp payable directly to the Hotel and this needs to be prebooked.

Matina Aparthotel in Pefkos offer day rooms - Please check with us for availability and prices.

If you wish to go to Rhodes Town for your last day we also have options for luggage storage at a supplement where available.  We can provide contact details so you can liaise directly to make arrangements
