Villa Eftychia (prounounced Ef-ti-he-a) is an exceptional house in the heart of Lindos village has been divided into 2 independent villas called Anastasia and Eleni.     Each house consists of 3 stunning bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, modern kitchen and private courtyards.  With beautiful attention to detail you will be wowed by these villas and the only thing is to decide which one to stay in.  Ideal also for large groups as they can accommodate 6 in each and so you can reserve both for your group of up to 12. 

Villa Anastasia has a spacious cobbled courtyard with a pergola shaded area and outside dining with tables, chairs and a BBQ.  The open plan lounge has a large seating area and an ideal place to relax and sink into the sofas with a good book.  The fully fitted kitchen includes all modern appliances and a dining area.   There are 3 bedrooms each with Lindian platform beds, with the bases and wardrobes beautifully hand crafted from local wood.  The 2 bathrooms are fully tiled and include one bath and then one walk in shower/WC.  An elaborate staircase also with the famous Lindian hochlaki (cobbled) flooring leads to the first floor with 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.  Enjoy fabulous views from the bedroom and bathroom towards the acropolis.  This makes a stunning retreat for your holiday in Lindos.

The sister villa Eleni also has 3 bedrooms and has two courtyard/terrace areas making it perfect for those who enjoy dining outside.     Eleni has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor and with a separate entrance room the rest of the house making it ideal for extended family who prefer their own space.  Eleni has its bedrooms all on the ground floor and their staircase leads then to the communal areas upstairs with the open plan lounge, fireplace (not needed in summer of course!), fully fitted modern kitchen and terrace.  This very spacious terrace has a pergola covered dining area, outdoor shower and water feature.  The terrace has spectacular views of the acropolis, village and sea.

Both villas are fully air conditioned throughout and have quality furnishings, fittings, linen and towels.  Villa Anastasia is a more traditional layout with the bedrooms upstairs and has more space indoors and Villa Eleni is in reverse with the bedrooms downstairs and lounge upstairs.  Villa Eleni has more outdoor space.  So the choice is yours!
