This is a fantastic opportunity to join our small friendly team in one of the best resorts in Greece

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Resort Rep who has a passion for customer service and Greece and wants to ensure that each and every one of our holidaymakers has the best holiday ever. A Rep for EL plays a crucial role as an ambassador for Lindos and the company.

The job does involve some unsocial hours due to late flights and operational demands but equally there is plenty of time to enjoy all that Lindos has to offer both day and night. Due to the resort layout, it's essential that you are physically fit.

We are a UK company although you will be employed on a Greek contract via our local agent so you must have residency /EU Passport**.  We offer a competitive salary with bonuses, holiday pay, uniform and benefits. Accommodation is available if required.   This is a fixed term seasonal contract from mid April to October and is based in Lindos. 

 

 

RESORT REPRESENTATIVE

 

KEY ROLE

  • Responsible for guests and properties in Lindos area.    To ensure that our guests receive an exceptional concierge service from pre-arrival until when they leave
  • As well as taking care of the customers, the role requires building excellent working relationships with accommodation owners, hoteliers, transport suppliers and all local businesses.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Be the main point of contact for all guests staying in Lindos area
  • Provide a meet and greet service for guests arriving in resort whatever time of day or night
  • Deal with any guest queries by phone, email and in person and solve any issues
  • Order welcome hampers for villas and deliver/arrange for delivery before arrival.
  • Organise transportation of guest luggage within village where applicable
  • Have an excellent knowledge of the points of interest on the island of Rhodes and maximise opportunities to provide excursions, boat trips or car hire to enhance guest's holiday
  • Ensure guests have pick up times for shuttle bus and private transfer
  • Assist in the arrangements for late check outs
  • Support the Villa Manager on days off/peak times
  • See off guests on departure

 

ADMINISTRATION

  • Liaise by email/phone with guests prior to arrival 
  • Confirm driving directions, check in/key collection arrangements where necessary and/or assist with transfer arrangemements
  • Check weekly arrival lists provided by the office and confirm arrival times with owners/hotelier
  • Provide administrative support in the office if required including assisting with taking bookings and payments
  • Prepare and print welcome letters and material for Information Books

 

QUALITY CONTROL

  • Check accommodation meets safety, quality and cleanliness standards before season starts and before each guest arrival
  • Escalate any issues to owners, managers and report to Resort Manager
  • Listen to feedback from guests and make any suggestions for improvement where required
  • Ensure follow up of all raised issues to ensure matters resolved to client satisfaction
  • Be prepared to get your hands dirty and rectify issues on the spot where possible

 

PR/MARKETING

  • Ensure that all clients receive any promotional material, maps and business cards
  • Distribute leaflets/business cards to local businesses
  • Network with potential new clients and give out business cards/leaflets to encourage new business
  • Provide photos/videos regularly that can be used for social media marketing on all platforms

 

 

 

As we are a small team, job roles are very closely linked and we work together to ensure that operational needs are met.
